Hodnocení sytému řízení BOZP v podnicích s osvědčením „Bezpečný podnik“

Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with the health and safety management system in companies with the "Safe Company" certificate. In order to obtain the "Safe Company" certificate, the company must meet the criteria of the "Safe Company" program established by the State Labor Inspection Authority in 1996. In the introductory part, a source survey was conducted where basic concepts for approaching the issue. The second part explains the current state of the "Safe Company" program in our country in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Described the ISO 45001 standard and the ILO - OSH 2001 guidelines, on which the "Safe Company" program is based. The next section lists the companies with the above certificate and the questionnaire that was sent to them. The last part of this diploma thesis is the evaluation of the answered questions.
