Abstract
The diploma thesis deals with the analysis tools of marketing communication mix for a Spa Karlova Studánka.
This paper examines the marketing communications, focused on the characteristics of Karlova Studánka. Part of this thesis is also the methodology of information gathering and analysis of the results are processed by the data that was obtained through marketing research. In the chapter suggestions and recommendations are discussed proposals on how to better use the tools of marketing communication in the spa. Work is supplemented by charts compiled by marketing research, which constitute the basis for the proposals and recommendations.
