Abstract

Bachelor thesis deals with analysis of employee education and development process in the company ČD Cargo, a. s. in working area Ostrava hl. n. The major project of this company is ensuring freight transportation. In the European Union, the company is placed on the fifth position among carriers. Bachelor thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The aim of my bachelor thesis is analyzing current education and development process in the ČD Cargo, a. s. and my suggestions to improve this system of education and development process.
