Abstract

Nowadays more and more the importance of valuing the enterprise and become an integral part of today′s market economy. The reason for this is opening up new markets, the merging companies, an increasing pressure from competition.

The aim of the thesis was the value of the company on the date 1.1.2009 by yield methods: method DCF equity, method DCF entity and method capitalized profits.

The thesis was divided into three chapters. In first chapter was described elementary methods of valuation. Second chapter of theses was apply to an analysis of external and internal environment and evaluated the financial health of society. There was apply to leng-term financial plan. In third chapter was applicated particular methods for valuation company. The results of these methods are compared and then evaluated.
