Abstract
This bachelor work called „Charakteristic and Analysis of Employee Benefits in the Limited Liability Company“ deals with issue of employee benefits. The theoretical part is about general informations, dividing, tax scheme and trends of employee benefits. The practical part deals with employee benefits in the selected company. At first is presented the company and system of providing employee benefits. Afterwards, satisfaction of the employee with actual offer of employee benefits in the selected company is analyzed through a questionnaire survey.
