Abstract

PALÍK, Jakub: Family House on a Slope, Těrlicko. Bachelor's Thesis. VŠB – Technical University of Ostrava, Faculty of Civil Engineering, Department of Architecture, 2025. Supervisor: Ing. arch. Filip Slivka, Ph.D. The aim of this bachelor's thesis is the design and preparation of project documentation for a building permit for a family house situated on sloping terrain in the municipality of Těrlicko. The project is based on a study developed within the subject Design Studio III. The proposed building is a two-storey new construction without a basement, designed for a family of four. The design includes a bioclimatic pergola and an integrated garage within the main structure of the house. The project documentation has been prepared in accordance with Act No. 283/2021 Coll., the Building Act, as amended, and meets the requirements of Decree No. 499/2006 Coll., on construction documentation. The drawing part is supplemented with a specialization focused on the construction environment and extended with detailed drawings. The bachelor's thesis is divided into a text part and a drawing part, each comprehensively covering all phases of project documentation preparation necessary for the construction realization.
