Abstract
The bachelor thesis deals with the LOTO system in the company Siemens, s.r.o., o. z. Elektromotory Frenštát, more precisely said by finding out the functionality by checking the existing LOTO elements for the given machinery and their update, including digitalization of these elements. The theoretical part briefly introduces the company, describes the LOTO system used in maintenance, repair, cleaning and similar activities to ensure occupational safety and health, the method of implementation of the LOTO system in the company by means of internal regulations and also contains regulations related to the issue. The practical part of the thesis contains a brief description of the SP 35 CNC lathe machine, which is the subject of the verification of the functionality of the LOTO system and a brief description of the digitization by the COMOS system, the risk assessment of this equipment by the PNH method, together with the proposal of measures for updating the original LOTO instruction for securing the equipment and its digitization.
