Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the development of the protection of the population in the Czech Republic and its associated basic legislative site. It elaborates the tasks of protecting the population and focuses on the area of shelter. The first part explains some concepts, the emergence of international humanitarian law and the current tasks in the field of protection of the population. The second part is dedicated to individual stages of development and collective and individual protection. The third part is a summary and a separate section devoted to development in the area of shelters
