Světelné parametry majáků Policie ČR

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá světelnými parametry majáků Policie České republiky. Obsahem práce je vysvětlení samotného principu a vlastností světelného záření a jeho fotometrické specifikace, které se dají vyhodnocovat. Práce popisuje vnímání světelného záření lidským okem a následné negativní dopady na zdraví člověka. Uvádí normativní významy barev vizuálních signálů a seznamuje se světelnými zdroji používanými ve zvláštních výstražných zařízeních. Součástí práce je uvedení požadavků platného evropského předpisu pro homologaci zvláštních výstražných svítilen. Výsledkem studie je porovnání naměřených hodnot jasu, svítivosti a dalších fotometrických veličin u vybraných výstražných světelných zařízení používaných Policií České republiky a u cizího typu světelné soupravy.

The diploma thesis deals with the light parameters of the beacon of the Police of the Czech Republic. The content of this thesis involves the explanation of the very principle and properties of luminous radiation and its photometric specifications that can be evaluated. The thesis describes the perception of luminous radiation by human eye and subsequent negative impact on human health. It states the normative meaning of colors of visual signals and gives information about light sources used in special warning devices. This thesis also deals with the current European regulation requirements for homologation in the special warning lights. The result of the study is the comparison of the recorded values of brightness, intensity and other photometric quantities for selected warning light equipment used by the Police of the Czech Republic and foreign-type light set.
