Měření výšky vodní hladiny

Abstract

The aim of the work is to design and manufacture a device that is capable of measuring the water level in a retention tank. And then it will send the results to the server using wireless technology. The device is designed and constructed in such a way that it is able to withstand deployment in the field over a long period of time. This bachelor thesis includes a description of water level measurement methods, a comparison of commercially available devices, and the design of a custom device. The device is capable of measuring water level in both clear and turbid water. The data is sent and to a server where it is then processed into graphical form to ensure easy readability for the user. The device is based on an ESP32 microcontroller, which is powered by a battery and a small solar panel. The whole device is housed in a waterproof box. The solar panel and the antenna have a cable routed through pins on the front, and next to that there is a button that is used to reset the device.
