Požární bezpečnost osobních vozidel na alternativní pohon

Abstract

The bachelor thesis focuses on the safety of vehicles using alternative propulsion systems, and is divided into a few parts. The introductory chapter deals with the history and development of fuels used for propulsion of various vehicles. The second part of the work describes and compares various individual alternative drives employed. The most extensive part of the thesis has been devoted to the features protecting cars against a possible risk. An additional part of this section deals with the fire statistics and illustration of a gradual increase of the use of these vehicles. A separate part of the work deals with the legal and technical regulations pertaining to the alternative drives. The second last section focuses on the parking of vehicles in large-size garages that were fundamentally restructured in recent years. The final part recounts the experience acquired from protecting these vehicles against fire threat.
