Abstract
This diploma thesis deals with new types of binders based on non-ferrous metals for diamond tools. Matrix CuSn12Ag4 was chosen like suitable material, which was enhanced by cobalt powder to increase the mechanical properties. Furthermore, TiB, W and diamond was added to the material. The effect of cobalt powder particle size on hardness and bending strength was studied. The conditions of sinte-ring process on structural characteristics and mechanical properties were also investigated.
