Územní studie lokality „Pod Tratí“, Hlučín

Abstract

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to propose appropriate urban solve area of "Pod Tratí" in Hlučín through a combination of family and apartment buildings. Solved development is located in the northern uptown of Hlučín. Prevails there function of housing. At present, the area is used as arable land, the proposed development is in accordance with the land use plan of the city and appropriation of agricultural land is calculated. I propose two possible solutions, one of which is elaborated in detail. It developed a proposal technical infrastructure, transport solutions locations and economic evaluation of selected variants. It developed a proposal technical infrastructure, traffic solutions locations and economic evaluation of selected variants. The proposal was created quiet zone for living in a pleasant uptown.
