Abstract
This diploma thesis deals with evaluation of the football´s club 1.FC Slovacko, inc. by substance value of proprietky method.
The diploma is dividend on 5 chapters. First specify goal of diploma. Second defines basic concepts, which will be used. Third part charakterizes selected football club from aspect basic entries and history. In this part is aplicated strategy analysis, SWOT analysis and financial analysis. The fourth charter deals evaluation of football´s club. First all property and foreign sources, later valuation of players. Here is calculated total value of football´s club 1.FC Slovacko. The last charter evaluates the result of this.
