Důchodová reforma v České republice

Abstract

This thesis deals with current issue of pension reform at all the options and security for old age. The turn of 2012 and 2013 directly "challenges" to focus on the above mentioned issues, since the beginning of 2013 entered into force main laws relating to the implementation of pension reforms in the Czech Republic. The aim of this thesis is to summarize the overall progress of reforms to its introduction, since the beginning of the pension reform dates back to the 90th the last century. It is a description of the main characteristics that define the pension system in the Czech Republic, recognize reasons for the need to introduce a new concept of the pension system, comparison of the main differences security system functioning before and after the reform, assessment of the reform within the meaning the appropriateness of entry and profitability of voluntary institutions for individual members of social insurance.
