Abstract
The aim of this study is to analyze the prices of apartments in various regions and search according to economic indicators. The practical part is focused on the analysis of selected housing market and the development factors in the period ranging from 2010 to 2014. The final part is devoted to the interpretation of the results, where data are generally evaluated. The results were obtained using regression analysis.
