This final thesis is called The Comparison of Competitiveness of Chosen Petrol Station. It is therefore focused on the issue of competitiveness of companies engaged in the operation of petrol stations, purchase, storage and sale of fuel and also licence trade for restaurant activity. The aim was to ascertain the current state of competitiveness of Q Group Ltd, and confrontation with its smaller petrol station RALPO Ltd., and pumping station of large international company AGIP Přerov Ltd. It analyzed the competitive business environment, their financial health and their creditworthiness. The comparison was carried out through competitive analysis, Porter and selected indicators of financial analysis. Based on the results of the analysis were made relevant proposals and recommendations.
