Abstract
The bachelor's thesis deals with the topic of applying the FMEA method to the production process of a plastic part. The main goal for the company IPG Plasty, s.r.o. was to create an initial harmonized FMEA and understand all the changes that have occurred compared to the existing concept done by this method. The theoretical part deals with the theoretical aspects of the issue.The practical part is focused on the analysis of the production process of the selected part and the subsequent analysis of possible defects and its consequences.
