Abstract

The subject of the thesis is the elaboration of the project documentation for the construction of a multi-purpose Cultural House in the town of Hulin. Part of the documentation is the elaboration of the thermal technical assessment of the perimeter structures, the energy label of the envelope of the building and the static calculation of the pre-monolithic reinforced concrete foundation foot. The object is designed as a partly basement skeleton with two above-ground floorsand with a flat vegetation roof. The building is designed as a barrier-free and is designed primarily for cultural events organized by the city. The text part is supplemented by a drawing part, in which drawings are made according to the requirements and the assignment of the thesis.
