Abstract
The content of this thesis is the issue of claims management in a particular company ABC CZ spol. s r.o. The theoretical part is deals with the emergence or receivables, enforcement, extinction and provisioning. In the practical part is in the chosen company analyzed the status of claims, the procedure for recovery claims and provisioning based on inside information which was given by the company. The aim is to draft the management and recovery claims.
