Abstract

The main theme of the bachelor's thesis is the analysis of payroll system and employee benefits in the selected business company. The goal of the thesis is provide basic information about problematics of payroll system and employee motivation. Another goal is characterictics of employee benefits, description of benefits and tax solutions by the employee and the employer. The theoretical part is followed by practical part, in which the selected business company is characterized and is followed by analysis of payroll system and employee benefits in the selected business company. In the conclusion of the thesis, several suggestions are proposed regarding the provision of employee benefits.
