Návrh řešení areálu pro občanskou a sportovní vybavenost v Markvartovicích

Abstract

Aim of the thesis is to develop six design variations of the premises for civil and sports amenities in Markvartovice. The project contains connection of the complex to already existing communication, traffic and parking solutions inside the premises including quantity of pedestrian occurrence, placement plan of sport areas and backgrounds with bowling alleys, squash courts, new local authority bureau location and place for holding markets. Project also takes into consideration actual condition of roads and an effort to create new connection with the area in a manner that will require the smallest amount of construction works possible. Current link to the premises designated as construction site of the new complex is inadequate. The thesis includes also technical and economical evaluation of the variants, the purpose of which is to choose the most suitable one. Selected variation is further elaborated to a level of performability study. There are 55 pages of text and 16 pages of schemes.
