Intraurbánní demografické procesy a jejich vizualizace na příkladu Jihlavy

Abstract

This thesis is engaged with visualization of intra-urban demographic processes of the city of Jihlava with the help of geographic information systems. There are described possibilities how can the unique source as the inhabitants evidence be utilized. It affords a large potential for examination of the age structure or migration of the inhabitants on different spatial levels. The aim of this work is to specify the data processing, application of chosen spatial analysis and visualize the demographic processes. The accent is put on unique study of intra-urban migration of Jihlava which adverts to detail of possible examination of the citizens’ migration behavior. A part of this work is also disclosure of results per different intervals by the web map application.
