Návrh smart systému komplexních metod řízení produktu

Abstract

The presented dissertation responds to the general need to increase security in society, however not in the form of dramatic reduction of firearms, but on the contrary by designing a smart system that will guarantee a higher degree of security for the user of the weapon and his surroundings. The aim of the dissertation is to design a smart system of complex methods of product management based on the identified needs of the main target groups, ie customer segments of the manufacturing company. To fulfil this goal, a customer relationship management model according to which decisions are made is created. That to this algorithm the basic open solution of the smart system will be adjusted according to the specific needs of the client within the given technological possibilities of the system.
