Abstract

Name of the diploma thesis: The Development and Application of Customer Value Analysis at Technical Systems.

In the diploma thesis, I primarily attend to the design and subsequent application of ways to link customer value analysis and life cycle cost analysis at technical systems. The first chapter sums up the theoretical background of both methods. A possible way to link both of analyses is proposed at next part od thesis. The second part is devoted to the practical application of developed method of analysis focused on customer value at the technical systems (press machines). The following part is attended to the implementation of the life cycle cost analysis on the steel crash barriers. Whole practical part of diploma thesis was done under cooperation with Arcelor Mittal Distribution Solutions, Czech Republic.
