Geometrický plán na oddelenie pozemkov a určenie vlastníckých práv k pozemkom

Abstract

Táto bakalárska práca sa zaoberá spracovaním geometrického plánu na zameranie rodinného domu a rozdelenie pozemkov v katastrálnom území Veľký Meder. Cieľom práce je aktualizovať súbory informácií v katastri nehnuteľností prostredníctvom vyhotovenia geometrického plánu, ktorý bude slúžiť ako podklad pre zápis zmien v katastri nehnuteľností. Práca sa zaoberá aj príslušnými právnymi predpismi a postupmi pre komunikáciu s katastrálnym úradom. Výsledkom práce je kompletný geometrický plán s potrebnými náležitosťami pre zápis zmien v katastri nehnuteľností.

This bachelor thesis deals with the processing of a geometric plan for the survey of a family house and the division of land in the cadastral territory of Veľký Meder. The aim of the work is to update the information files in the cadastre of real estate through the preparation of a geometric plan, which will serve as a basis for the registration of changes in the cadastre of real estate. The work also deals with the relevant legislation and procedures for communication with the cadastral office. The result of the work is a complete geometric plan with the necessary details for the registration of changes in the cadastre.
