Náklady na ztráty v souvislosti s pracovními úrazy a nemocemi z povolání

Abstract

My thesis deals with the cost of losses in relation to occupational accidents and occupational diseases. Thesis is divided into eight chapters and several subheads. After introduction, there is theoretical look at occupational safety and health. The end of the theoretical part is provided with economical look at the theme. Thesis continues with employer's responsibility for damage which arise as a result of occupational accidents and occupational diseases. I focused on ArcelorMittal Ostrava. Analysis was made at the end year 2011 and at the beginning of year 2012. After historical look at the firm, there is description of the current state of monitoring occupational safety and health. There are show five practical examples of occupational accidents and the cost of losses in relation to them. These costs are recorded in database created for this thesis in MS Access 2010. After the short manual how work with this database, there is recommendation for management ArcelorMittal Ostrava and summary of thesis.
