Identifikace příležitostí ke zvyšování kvality a bezpečnosti práce ve firmě JSB Match Diabolo s.r.o.

Abstract

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to identify opportunities to improve process quality and workplace safety in a company called JSB Match Diabolo, s. r. o. It also evaluates the seriousness of those identified opportunities and risks, possibly proposing improvements or safety measures. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is concerned with an increase in quality, using FMEA process. A form, that is a part of this thesis, was created using brainstorming. The second part is about tracing and assessing workplace risks in storage by means of checklists. Possible safety measures were evaluated and proposed in both parts.
