Abstract

This Diploma Thesis deals with optimalization of logistic processes, all material, information and financial flows, both within the company and in the relationship to its surround – customers, is one of the basic assumptions for competitive advantage on the market as per current conditions. The appropriate manipulation, storing, packaging and delivery are the elements which decide greatly about the company success. This topic is elaborated in this dissertation, “Stock Management Analysis” in the company ITW Air Hammer s. r. o. , with the objective to identify the management methods in this area with respect to optimize them.
