Abstract
This bachelor's thesis describes interactive safety training, discusses the theory of adult learning
that is needed to properly conduct employee training in this area, describes the types of
interactive tools that can be used during training, and also identifies weaknesses in training that
can potentially improve the tools. This thesis also describes the current state of interactive safety
training and the needs of the employer and employee in this field. The aim of this thesis is to
design interactive tools for a specific company that will be used in practice and will try to make
the training more effective. The bachelor thesis describes the interactive tools proposed in this
way, the reason for their choice and their benefits for the trainer and trainees.
