Abstract
Organ of sight isn't in the same way responsive to radiation different woollen longitudes. Values of luminous quantities equal to photopic conditions are different for mesopic region of vision. It depends on spectral distribution of luminary. Spectral sensitiveness of vision has change to radiation of different wavelength at mesopic area of vision. New type of photoreceptor - circadian detector. Circadian detector controls bio - rhythms. Circadian cycle has period approximately 24 hours. Brain is given information on changes lights and darkness from special sentinel node in retinae eye. Light that the is detect eyes, is prime environmental instigation for regulation circadian system. Lighting works not only visual sensation, but also physiological and biological function.
