Abstract

The thesis deals with the determination by the amount of extra money, especially for members with unevenly laid out lenght of service. Firstly, you can see the operation of fire protection. There you can find the details of income and its components, especially the special charge. Then the thesis discuss the guidelines of the General Director of the Fire Rescue Service to deal with fixing the amount of extra money. Also compares the members servis at the stations of type P and type C in the Karlovy Vary region. Finally, deals with the criterias for determining of special charges.
