Zhodnocení vzdělávacích potřeb prostřednictvím Development Centra

Abstract

Diploma thesis specializes in analyzing of education needs via Development centre in a society of Crux information technology s.r.o. We were trying to determine an impact of education on the company Crux, especially from a perspective of employees as well as the company itself. Results showed that the education through DC has a positive impact for the whole company. Employees are interested to deepen their knowledge, which increases their performance at work. Further, we suggested solutions to improve the current status of the company's education.
