Návrh využití areálu bývalé oční kliniky ve Štramberku

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce na téma "Návrh využití areálu bývalé oční léčebny ve Štramberku" je, jak již ze samotného názvu vyplývá, navrhnout vhodné využití objektu, který již několik let chátrá. Celá práce je rozdělena na dvě části, a to na část teoretickou a část praktickou. V teoretické části práce je nejprve definován pojem brownfields, příčiny jejich vzniku a typologie. Dále jsou vymezeny negativní dopady brownfields na okolí a jako přínosy přináší jejich regenerace. V další kapitole je popsáno město Štramberk, ve kterém se objekt nachází. Je zde popsána jeho dlouholetá historie, současný stav i přínosy, které přestavba areálu přinese městu i okolí. V praktické části je popsán vlastní návrh využití oční kliniky ve Štramberku. Jsou zde hrubým odhadem vyčísleny náklady na stavbu včetně nákladů na demolici, které musí samotné stavbě předcházet. V závěru práce jsou na základě propočtů uvedeny dvě možné varianty doby návratnosti investice.

The aim of the thesis „The Proposal for Utilization of the Premises of the Former Eye Clinic in Štramberk“ is, as the title itself implies, suggesting a suitable use of the object, which has been failing for several years. The thesis is devided into two parts - theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part there is first defined term of brownfields, causes of their formation and typology. There are also identified negative surroundings effects of brownfields and benefits of their regeneration. In the next part there is description of the town of Štramberk where is the object located. There is described its long-time history, current state and benefits that follow from the area rebuilding for the town and its surrounding. In practical part there is described suggestion of using the eye clinic in Štramberk city. There is rough costs estimation of construction including demolition costs, which have to precede actual construction. In conclusion there are analyzed two possible option of payback investment based on calculations.
