Abstract

Bachelor thesis is considered in proposed amendment of multifunctional building use. On Investors request 1st over ground floor where the fire station and local schools dining room is situated will be maintained without any changes. My target is to propound starter flats including theirs layout, urban neighborhood concept and work out costs budget. Documentation is prepared as a volume study. Parts of Bachelor thesis are text part, costing of propounded solution using aggregated items and relevant drawings part.
