Abstract
The aim of this thesis was using appropriate methods to establish the objective value of the company DOLS, a. s.. The award was made for the needs of enterprise management and will serve as a basis for future decision-making and management companies. Valuation was carried out at 1 1st 2010, using two methods yield and as an additional method I chose the book value.
In the first part of the thesis are outlined the theoretical basis for business valuation. The second part is devoted to the characteristics of the evaluated company. After characteristics of the evaluated company is the analytic part, which includes strategic analysis, financial analysis, financial plan and own valuation of the company.
In the last part of the thesis on the basis of lessons learned, proposed recommendations, which should help to sustain and achieve higher levels of society.
