Analýza managementu Aquaparku Uherské Hradiště

Abstract

The main aim of my bachelor thesis ‘The Analysis of the Management of Aquapark Uherské Hradiště’ is a description and analysis of this sports complex both from marketing and management perspective. The bachelor thesis is divided into several parts. Key terms relating to this area are described in the theoretical part of the thesis, especially the terms such as management, marketing, research methods and so on. In the practical part SWOT analysis, marketing mix analysis, customer’s satisfaction based on questionnaire findings and a description of the complex itself are done. The aim of this bachelor thesis is the analysis of the whole complex from the perspective of available services, the Aquapark management itself, the findings of customer’s satisfaction and also the standing of Aquapark on the market.
