Implementace systému řízení KANBAN a jeho ekonomický dopad

Abstract

In this thesis are worked up and analysed individual pocesses within the system KANBAN. In the first part of thesis is a short characteristic of the company MAGNA SEATING Automotive, Chabařovické Strojírny, a.s. In the next part of thesis is described the condition before the implementation of the system KANBAN, next there is decribed the individual proposed processes within the system KANBAN and their application on appropirate workstations. In the last part of my thesis there is evaluation of these processes from view of economy and also from view of function. There is a presentation of the savings and the benefits result from the implemenation of the system KANBAN.
