Návrh nového systému řízení skladového hospodářství ve vybrané společnosti

Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to propose a new system of warehouse management by the WMS system through analyzing the current situation of warehouse management at the selected company, identifying the problems and requirements of the company, as well as to do a market research in the field of WMS suppliers and select the supplier by scoring method of multi-criteria decision making. When applying this method, a compromise variant of the WMS supplier was achieved and after implementation this system at the company it can serve to optimize the current state of warehouse management.
