Abstract

The theme of diploma thesis: Design of Statistical Control Implementation on Bar Rolling Process. This thesis deals with implementation of statistical process control on bar rolling. Company, division, production process and product are characterized in the first two parts. Analysis of the product quality follows. The fourth chapter is dedicated to theoretical basis of processed problems. After the analysis of the present state of product regulation and control of the rolled products, the practical part focuses on individual phases SPC, including MSA, and classification of the process qualification. Final part is concerned with the subjects of the improvement and overall summary of this thesis.
