Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to analyze a currency protection in both legal and technical field. The further goal is to evaluate a present situation and suggest the options how to prevent the criminal acts better. In this thesis I focused on present legal regulation that protects money from counterfeiting. The further fundamental part of this thesis the protective elements of the Czech money as well as Euro are. The final part deals with evaluation of present situation as for legal and technical field. To give the comprehensive view I provided the research focused on money counterfeiting and falsification.
