Abstract
The purpose of my thesis was analysis of behaviour of target group “Fler sales” dealing with sale from creative producer in the Internet portal market. Partial objective was portal satisfaction and services which are offered, dissatisfaction of sellers and relevant proposals for another opportunity to improve Internet portal services.
First chapter describes theoretic solution of internet. There are mentioned origins and development of internet in Czech Republic and Internet explosion in the world. It is focused on questions who uses internet and where internet is used. Next part of this chapter is devoted to principle of marketing on the internet, basic aspects of Internet business. There are also stated advantages and disadvantages of Internet business.
Second chapter contains analysis of Internet portal markets. The highest attention is paid to Internet server Fler.cz which is the biggest and the best-known Internet portal dealing with mediate sale of craftwork. In the next part there are mentioned other portals. Their scope of employment is a similar activity as portal Fler does.
The main task of third chapter is to approach theoretic solution of services (classification and characteristics of services, services and marketing mix and market supply of services). More attention is paid to buying decision process in the services.
Forth chapter is aimed for methodology of marketing research, concretely for identification of problem and aim of research, plan of marketing research and questionnaire check.
The purpose of fifth chapter is analysis of gained observations which are divided to two separate chapters, i.e. basic analysis and possibilities of portal services improvement.
Last sixth chapter is focused on recommendation for Internet portal Fler.cz.
