E-learningový systém na podporu podnikového vzdělávání

Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to propose suitable solutions for e-learning educational system on the basis of analyses of corporate information needs. The theoretical part of the thesis is devoted to the issues of corporate training, focusing on computer support. In the practical part there is evaluated the current state of corporate training in the organization and are defined the conditions for improving the corporate learning system. The system Moodle was chosen and implemented on the basis of multicriterial comparison of the most widely used free e-learning systems because its properties most correspond to the requirements of the organizations. The graphic design of the system was modified with respect to the visual style of the company and there was established a pilot e-learning course focusing on one professional employee group.
