Abstract
Blood perfusion imaging of examined area performed by a laser Doppler (LDPI, Laser Doppler Perfusion Imaging) for diagnostic purposes is based on the Doppler shift of monochromatic laser radiation by the reflection of the moving blood elements. Measurement methodology is helpful in objectively difficult diagnostic cases of burns in early period after injury. The theoretical part introduces the basic knowledge of lasers with closely more specified field of LDI. The practical part examines the influence of the angle of on incidence perfusion which is labor subject to eliminate.
