Územní studie části obce Darkovice

Abstract

The topic of my diploma thesis is ,,Land-Use Study of the Part Landscape Area in Darkovice.“ In firs part I was working on general regulations for diploma thesis and in sekond part I specificated the lokality. In project I have to deal with construction of new transport network, engineering network, sewers, watter supply network, parcel of land and design of house.

I was trying to design ideal solution which would corespond with needs of today human being. Municipality Darkovice is predestine by its location to Ostrava that it is ideal palce for family and kids. I designed two designes which correspond with requests of land use plan, regulations and principals of spatial development.
