Personální optimalizace organizace

Abstract

Human resources are considered as the main key component in every organization, especially thanks to brainware of every person. For that reason I was engaged in personnel optimalization of organization in my bachelor’s project. I researched, if there are right people with the right skills in the right place at the right time. The optimal number of workers I calculated by output rate. On the basis of business plans and calculations I determined optimal number employees in manufacture. After evaluation of computing result I proposed a solution of existing standing.
