Optimalizace projektového řízení podniku zabývajícího se automatizací skladovacích systémů a intralogistikou

Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with the topic of Optimization of project management of a company dealing in automation of storage systems and intralogistics. The theoretical part of the paper clarifies basic concepts of the title, sets the methodological basis – identification list, logical framework matrix, SWOT analysis, methods for evaluating the ROI of investment projects and methods for resource planning and analysis. The practical part analyses the current state of project management in the selected company through SWOT, WBS structure, Gantt chart, network chart, CPM and CCPM methods and analyses risks. Based on the analyses, nine proposals were suggested to optimize project management of the selected company – formalisation of job positions, formalisation of processes, redistribution of responsibilities within the project management framework, team and company growth, standardisation of project documentation, interfacing of accounting software and CRM, planning and adherence to time schedule, creation of a transport program and risk analysis and management. Some of these proposals have already been applied by the company and subsequently evaluated.
