Problematika regenerace brownfields a možnosti zapojení dostupných finančních zdrojů v Moravskoslezském kraji

Abstract

In this thesis I discuss the issue of regeneration of the brownfields locations with connection options available financial resources and the subsequent evaluation of the current situation in the Moravian-Silesian Region. In the first part the concept of brownfields is introduced, portrayed with basic definitions and categorization according to various evaluation criteria. Attention is paid to the issue of brownfield regeneration and financial instruments used to promote their reuse. In the second part is the analysis of selected brownfield characteristics, consequential evaluation of the development potential of monitored localities and controlled interviews with the experts on the issue. The last part of the thesis is also own proposal of the brownfield reuse in the selected area of interest.
