Abstract

Country is a varied social, economic and cultural place. Since 1989 the countryside and its function has been changed. Original agricultural function is being dissapeard and it is changed more by recovery and development of countryside, protecting of enviroment and non-agricultural activity also. It is caused by Common agriculture policy of European union which was accepted by Czech republic in 2004 after its participation to European union. After activity specification in countryside space it is important to define countryside in conditions of Czech Republic. There are several typologies of country demarcation but until now there is still not any obligatory demarcation and it is not denied by The Rural Development Programme of the Czech Republic 2007-2013. The functioning of the countryside space is affected by many institutions and by another subjects which operate on that space. They are dividend into various levels by hierarchical structure and by endogenous and exogenous access. These insitutions and their instruments solve problems as depopulation of countryside, degradation of cultural space and development activities of countryside etc. For finding options of effective solution for unwanted problems in the country it is necessary good knowledge of the conditions in the country, understanding to meaning, function of effects in the whole complex of activities realized by various subjects operating here. On the basis of this consciousness it is important initiate and develope effective cooperation of each participants and accomplish desirable goals of country development.
