Příprava keramických vrstev na slitině Al-Si

Abstract

The aim of the work was to create a ceramic layer on Al10SiMg alloy in order to improve tribological and corrosion properties. The alloy was modified by micro-arc oxidation method under conditions determined by mathematical design of experiment method. The input conditions monitored for the process were the concentrations of NaOH and Na2SiO3 in the electrolyte and the applied frequency. The layers were characterized by scanning electron microscopy with energy dispersive spectrometer, atomic force microscopy, 3D profilometer and 3D CPEM technology, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, tribological tests, potentiodynamic polarization curve methods and salt spray test. Based on the experimental design, the optimum levels of input conditions and the effects of their adjustment on the tribological and corrosion properties of the prepared oxide layers were determined. In order to improve the tribological properties, the final treatment of the modified sample by lapping was carried out.
